 Dumped like trash in the country in horrible shape. Sadly Benny was so heartbroken by humans, we had to trap him to get him safe. He was skinny, full of fleas, missing hair, and just scared. He is learning what it means to be in a house and all that human hands will no longer hurt him.  He is crated during the day while we are gone as he is still learning house training. Poor Benny never knew indoors.  He is currently a 14 pound Spaniel mix (will be a light weight taller small dog). Sadly he is HW + and we have already started treatment. Benny's heartworm treatment will be slow kill and that is by yearly heartworm shots.  He is dog & cat friendly.  The adopter home must have a 6' fenced in yard. Also Benny may never be ok with strangers in the house and that means family that visits as well. He runs from everyone that comes over and the back yard is his safe place. His adopter home should be ok with this as he may always be this way. He is great a the vet clinic. When he is with the people he trusts he is a very loving, fun, and great dog. 

She was found dumped in a park outside of Marlin, Tx with a bad wound on her face that is infected with a anal prolapse as well. She is very underweight. She is a full blood XL Bully that came from a breeder out of Houston that we found due to her microchip. She is 2 years old. She is fully vetted and HW negative. Being an XL Bully she will weigh 120-130 pounds at full weight. She is still gaining weight to be at her max weight. She is dog friendly however feeding and treats she needs to be separated as she is still food aggressive due to being starved. This can take months to get over. She is a fun sweet girl who mostly is pretty calm in nature. 

He showed at someone's house. He is around 8-12 weeks old and an adorable mix! We suspect a small medium size dog. He is very sweet and is dog/cat/kid friendly!!! 

Tank has been with our rescue since being found as a 2 week old puppy in a town with wounds covered in many maggots. Sadly Tank's mom runs the streets in this town. She is a smaller medium size shepherd dog mix. Tank is a sweet playful boy who is 7-8 months old and fully vetted. Tank will be a smaller medium size dog. Tank does well with dogs, cats, and kids. 

 🐾 Introducing Susie Q! Someone decided to be mean to this girl and then dump her on a country road. She is a taller small dog. She is shy at first to strangers but once she warms up to you she is a doll! She is fully vetted already and Susie Q gets along with dogs, cats, and kids (kids would need to be respectful of her space until she gets to know everyone). Susie Q has the cutest smile and weighs around 20 pounds.

 We just rescued this sweet soul by trapping him. He was born on the streets. We suspect around 3-4 months old. He is learning what human love and touch is. He is not available for adoption currently as we are "healing his broken heart" right now. He is a German Shepherd mix.

Jasper is a stunning dog 1 year old boy who came to us after being found in a town completely skin and bones. He was near death and sadly his sibling was just as bad and did not survive life saving surgery. Jasper is high energy but can also be very calm. He loves to be with humans. He is great with dogs, possibly cats, and would do best in a home with older children. He is a heavy medium size boy. 

Rescued from the streets. He is nerve paralyzed in the back legs. He is around 6-7 months old and is a happy boy! He gets around great with and without a wheelchair. Petey is a hound mix who will be a medium size boy. With having other puppies around, Petey has learned to figure out how to walk! Please consider giving him a great home!

Rescued from the streets. He is very young and learning that humans are good. He is around 4 months old. We suspect either Border Collie or Heeler mix and will be a small bodied medium size dog. He is dog and cat friendly. He is shy to strangers and would need to be given a short amount of time to build a bond. 

Smaller boy!Rescued from a heartbreaking case of animal cruelty in Waco, Texas. Felix is around 3 years old and would do best with a female dog (meet and greet needed) or a only dog. Despite facing unimaginable hardships, this brave boy remains a shining example of resilience and love.  From severe emaciation to battling high heart worms, Felix's journey to health has been nothing short of miraculous. Roxxi is an adorable 6 month old girl who was born at a breeders home with leg deformities to her back legs. She is fun and entertaining as you can see in her video! She is dog, cat, and kid friendly! Roxxi gets around on her two front legs great and her disability doesn't slow her down! She has never been outside as we have steps. She is currently puppy pad trained but can transition to outside potties easily!

Velvet came to us after being hit by a car in Marlin, TX. She is currently not available to adopt as she is healing her horrific wounds! Currently she has a hip out of place and she is paralyzed. She is around 5 years old and was used for puppies then magically ended up in "no mans land" which what leads us and the vet to think she was paralyzed due to over breeding. She is a pocket bully and when healthy should weigh around 50 pounds. She is men reactive at meeting but is fine once she gets to know them. We are looking for a great home for her! She will come with a wheelchair but does get around great without it too! 

 Introducing Jack, the brave survivor with a heart of gold! 💖 Rescued from the depths of fear and abandonment alongside his brother, Copper, Jack's journey to trust and love is nothing short of remarkable. Dumped in the cornfields outside of Moody, Texas, Jack and Copper faced unimaginable hardships at a tender age. Covered in fleas and undernourished, their resilience and determination to survive shone through.
Now, at around a year old, Jack is still learning to trust strangers and adjust to life with humans. 🐾 While he may be timid at first and still mastering the art of walking on a leash, Jack's potential for love and companionship knows no bounds. With patience, love, and the guidance of a dedicated trainer, Jack is making strides towards overcoming his fears. Once he forms a bond with his human, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion, as evidenced by his strong connection with your mom.

 Sissy is a part of a litter we have that was born on the streets. She is 5 months old and up to date on vaccines. She is extremely sweet and she is a hound mix. She is dog, cat, and kid friendly. We are working on leash training currently. This litter was being held at our rescue to go to another rescue up North and sadly it never happened so we are working hard on getting them adopted! 

 Bo is a part of a litter we have that was born on the streets. He is 5 months old and up to date on vaccines. He is extremely sweet and he is a hound mix. He is dog, cat, and kid friendly. We are working on leash training currently. This litter was being held at our rescue to go to another rescue up North and sadly it never happened so we are working hard on getting them adopted! 

Lacy is a part of a litter we have that was born on the streets. She is 5 months old and up to date on vaccines. She is extremely sweet and she is a hound mix. She is dog, cat, and kid friendly. We are working on leash training currently. This litter was being held at our rescue to go to another rescue up North and sadly it never happened so we are working hard on getting them adopted! 

DeeDee is a part of a litter we have that was born on the streets. She  is 5 months old and has a shy personality! She will get comfy in a home  but is shy with strangers. She was one out of the litter who went  through some skin issues but is on the road to recovery now! She is dog  and cat friendly. She would most likely walk away from kids until she  knows them.  

Sweet Pea is a newest addition to our rescue after being trapped. Sadly Sweet Pea's owner passed away and somehow ended up on the streets of Temple, 30 miles from home. We spoke to her original owner of the microchip and she was born July 2020 and is a Jack Russell Terrier/Carin Terrier Mix. She is house trained and is dog and cat friendly. She seams to be a one person dog and is ok with others in the house, she just doesn't go to them.
