Susie Q is a taller small dog, weighing around 20 pounds. She may be a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you, she becomes an absolute doll. With her cute smile and gentle nature, she’ll quickly become your best friend.

She’s fully vetted and gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids (though we’d recommend respectful, calm kids until she gets to know everyone). Susie Q has so much love to give—she just needs the right home where she can feel safe and cherished.

Rescued from the streets, Petey is a 9 month old hound mix with a truly inspiring story. Despite being nerve paralyzed in his back legs, this sweet boy doesn't let anything hold him back. Petey gets around just fine—with or without his wheelchair—and is always the happiest pup in the room.

Though he faces physical challenges, Petey’s resilient spirit shines through. He's been learning to navigate and figure out how to walk, especially with the help of his fellow puppies who are helping him along the way. Petey is expected to grow into a medium-sized boy, and his boundless energy and love for life will fill any home with joy.

Petey’s not asking for much—just a loving family who can see past his disability and give him the care and attention he needs to thrive.

 Marley’s Journey 🐾💔

Sweet Marley was found dragging her back legs, struggling to survive. After taking her in, x-rays revealed something devastating — she had been shot with a BB gun, and the pellet was lodged dangerously close to her spine.

Despite it all, Marley remained gentle and trusting.

One of her back legs was no longer usable, so she underwent amputation surgery. Now she’s rocking life as an adorable little tripod! 🐶💪

Marley is not yet available for adoption, as she’s still going through physical therapy to build strength and mobility. But every day, she gets a little stronger — and her spirit shines brighter.

Meet Thor 🐾
This sweet boy was sadly discarded and abandoned on the streets by his owner, along with another dog. Despite his rough start, Thor still has a gentle and loving heart.

Thor is a poodle mix, estimated to be around 3 years old. He’s a medium-sized boy who is dog and cat friendly. He is heartworm positive and will have the slow kill treatment. This is not a death sentence for him. With treating with prevention over time it will kill them all. Thor is looking for a home where he can finally feel secure and loved — a family that will never leave him behind again.

Meet  Windy 🐾
She is an estimated 2-year-old Carolina Dog mix who weighs around 30–35 pounds. This sweet medium-sized girl was abandoned on the streets and left to fend for herself, but she has remained gentle, loving, and incredibly resilient.

Windy is newer to our rescue, but we do know she is dog friendly and enjoys being around other dogs. She has a calm, kind spirit and is looking for someone who will give her the security she has been missing.

For potential adopters, please note she will need a 6-foot fence, as she can easily get over a 4-foot one. She isn’t trying to run away—she just has the athletic ability to do so.

This adorable 11-month-old hound mix is part of a special litter that was born on the streets. Despite her rough start, Sissy has blossomed into the sweetest pup you’ll ever meet!

She’s up to date on all her vaccines and is great with dogs, cats, and kids—making her a perfect addition to just about any home.

 She was originally being held at our rescue with plans to transfer to a partner up North, but when that fell through, we knew we had to step up and find her the loving forever home she deserves.

Hudson’s story began at a lake where he, his sister, and their mother were heartlessly dumped. When rescued, his body and ears were covered in ticks, but that didn’t stop his sweet spirit from shining through.

Now fully vetted and microchipped, Hudson is estimated to be around a year old. He’s a fun-loving, gentle boy with a goofy personality that’s sure to make you smile! True to his cattle dog side, he can be playful, alert, and full of energy when he wants to be.

Chico is a tiny 5-year-old Chihuahua who has survived heartbreaking conditions. He was rescued from a hoarding case where he had been living inside the walls of a home just to feel safe. Despite everything he’s been through, Chico is a fighter with a gentle soul.

He is now fully vetted, but Chico is not available for adoption at this time. He is still on his healing journey, learning that human touch can be kind and that he no longer has to be afraid.

With patience, love, and time, we know Chico will continue to blossom. For now, he is safe, cared for, and finally beginning to experience what it means to be truly loved. 💙

Piper is a tiny 5-pound pup estimated to be around 6–7 months old. She was heartbreakingly surrendered to a shelter in very poor condition. Despite all she’s been through, she’s now safe with us and beginning her journey to healing — both inside and out.
